AMTA General Meeting & Holiday Luncheon

Board Members Present:
Janet Rodgers, Diane Stone, Cricket Elliott, Beth Bailey, Theresa Jenkins, Gordon
Price, Jon Brasher, Jeff Mills, JoAnn Haden-Miller, Judy Renfroe, Jonathan Boisjolie
Not Present: Linda Harris, Barbara Mullin
The Minutes from the October meeting were distributed and reviewed. Judy
Renfroe moved to approve the minutes. Theresa Jenkins seconded and the motion
passed.
Program
Janet Rodgers thanked all of the current Board Members and presented them each
with a gift of appreciation.
Janet then announced the “AMTA Above & Beyond Award”, which was given
to Victoria Jones as the PR Manager for AMTA for an outstanding job.
Janet then passed the “gavel” to Theresa Jenkins, the 2009-2010 AMTA President.
Theresa Jenkins introduced the new Board of Directors for AMTA.
Beth Bailey conducted the door prize drawings, followed by Diane Stone and
the Grand Prize drawing for membership. Theresa Jenkins and JoAnn Haden-Miller
both tied for bringing in the most members, and “Chopper” the Gwinnett Braves
Mascot made the tie-breaking decision.
Theresa Jenkins was selected to win the Air Tran tickets and JoAnn Haden-Miller
was a $100 gift card.
